solid stay NEAR metro
metro proximity convenient transport clean housekeeping great view
The hotel's proximity to the metro station was ideal. transport links were VERY convenient. my room faced the burj khalifa and i seen a great view. housekeeping kept everything very clean and tidy. I appreciated this.
Sometimes, getting a lift took longer than expected, especially during peak hours. This caused slight delays.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area included twenty loungers. a shaded section protects you from the sun, a plus.

the hotel is a short walk to the metro station. a twenty-four hour supermarket is near the premises. this makes it EASY to get supplies.

the Olio restaurant offered breakfast options. i seen a wide variety of dishes. breakfast service hours lasted until 10:30 am.

solid stay, a few hiccups
spacious room good breakfast free shuttle
i stayed in a large corner room king bed. it was spacious. the breakfast had lots of options. i liked food variety there. the hotel provides free shuttle buses to both the beach and malls. the location is good, right next to the metro.
the pillows feels like slices of bread. the bathroom feels a bit small. the fridge makes noise and it kept me up some nights. the air conditioning did its own thing.

reception staff are very nice. they were polite and professional. the staff showed kindness. i had a good experience with helpful personnel. the employees were efficient and always ready to assist me.

the hotel provides rooms that are clean. rooms included a microwave. rooms offered a refrigerator. rooms include good views. rooms give you a good space to relax. the facilities were up to date and in great condition.

crowded lifts difficult parking
The car parking situation was not good. the hotel provides free parking, it is in another building across a street though. the parking structure was small and had multiple floors. I had to drive up many levels to find a spot. also, the lifts were often very busy and crowded. i waited almost ten minutes for a lift to get to my room. It was not a great experience.

central and convenient stay
central location metro station friendly staff
the hotel is located next to the museum of the future , and it's close to the metro station , which was very convenient. quick access to dubai mall was a plus , only one stop away by metro. my room was clean , and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the elevators were very slow , and i had to wait quite a while to get to my floor. it could get frustrating , especially during peak hours.

the gym offered necessary equipment , including treadmills and stationary bikes , helpful for keeping up with workouts. the pool area was nice.

breakfast included a good variety of options , catering to different tastes. the breakfast service ensured mornings began positively , offering a good spread that included fresh ingredients. the staff at breakfast were attentive to our needs.
